Home Delivery Order Form
To help those who can’t get to our store due to the current Coronavirus Covid-19 crisis we have introduced an online
order form and home delivery service. Please note this is not a complete online shopping system, however will enable you
to order goods from our store using the secure form below. We will always endeavour to supply all the products you have
ordered, however some products may not be available due to supply issues.
Please see below a list of common questions and answers in regard to this service. Please note that we are offering this
as a service to our community at this difficult time and we would ask you to understand that we will be doing our best
to fulfil your order.
FAQs
- Where do you deliver?

We deliver to St Leonards and Portarlington. St Leonards is free of charge and Portarlington is a nominal fee depending on the size of the order.
- What days do you deliver?

Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.
- How long will my order take to get to me?

We are encouraging orders the day prior to ensure we are able to pick your order before the store opens. If you order by 10am today your order should be picked and ready for dispatch early afternoon.
- What are the delivery costs?

Delivery to St Leonards is free. Orders to Portarlington: $10 for orders $50 and under, $5 for orders $100-$50 and orders over $100 is free.
- Is there a minimum order required?

We are encouraging customers to shop more less often to take the pressure off our network. We are only a small store with limited staff and home deliveries do take up a lot of time.
- How much notice do you need when I order?

Orders placed and received by 10am will be picked and dispatched the same day.
- How do I pay for the order?
-
Once your order is picked we will call you for payment over the phone and to ensure we have all the items your have requested.
- How do I receive my order and do I need cool bags?
-
No need for cooler bags we will have your products in cold storage until we deliver to your door.
